I have 3 lbs left to lose and my weight is all over the place. I track what I eat and have decided to eat at 11 am/ 3pm and a light dinner at 530 pm. I am a fitness instructor and a runner. I think my brain likes to use that to confuse me. My question is I have eliminated snacking but setting meal times. That lead to me seeing a loss of about 1.5 lbs for a few days but now I am back at exactly where I started this morning and would like some help on the thought “I am never going to lose this weight for good, I should just stop”. I also think I have resistance on the fact that as I get closer down to my goal weight I know its in the details and I am afraid that “I don’t want to cut down even more”.
