Hi Brooke, you recommended that we eliminate sugar and flour. Would you also recommend that I remove rice from my protocol? Because I am Japanese and I eat rice daily if not every meal, although I try and eat healthier rice (e.g. brown rice, riceberry, mixed grains, etc.). Your thoughts please!
