I’ve been on protocol whole month of June – no sugar no flour. Intermittent fasting 4 days a week.
I also started to train for half marathon, and I am doing yoga 3 times a week, and walking 10,000 steps every day.
I haven’t lost any weight. Scale went down for 1 kg and now it’s back where it was.
What could be happening to me? Could the training be prevent my weight loss? I also haven’t lost any cm’s on my waist and hips.
Also I feel extremely hungry in the mornings, it doesn’t feel I am fat adapted at all.
Would appreciate your advice.
