Old Beliefs

I’m struggling with some of the beliefs I’ve always heard/learned regarding weight loss.
#1. If I don’t eat enough my body will store fat causing weight gain not use it for energy
#2. If I don’t eat enough meals I will lose muscle.
#3. I feel like your two meals you suggested is less than 1,000 calories. Not enough calories. If I am working out hard should I incorporate more calories/meals? I know you say don’t workout to lose weight, but I work out to build muscle on my saggy mom skin not lose weight. How should I manage this with your program?
