Hi, I completed a weight loss course with Katrina 2 years ago and lost 25 pounds; my pace of weight loss was 1 lb per week.
I have maintained that weight since then to within 5 pounds.
I am now working on my last 10 pounds, 140–>130. I increased my fasting a few weeks ago and my pace of weight loss is still about 1lb per week, or slightly less.
I would love to lose 8 pound in a month, but not sure that is possible if I am already sticking with my protocol on eating days, and my pace being what it was when I was heavier.
Should I adjust the goal, or my process?
