Plan a protocol vs. what sounds good


Thank you Brooke! I’ve been consuming all your info and now I’m getting to work and applying, SCARY! When choosing what to eat (even meal planning), I tend to want to pick things that sound good when I’m planning. Perhaps because I want to stick to my protocol or I enjoy food. I also want to honor myself and I understand that is where more work needs to be done.
I remember your comment make food boring and life exciting. I think this is where I could use the work/help too. Suggestions on how to change that? Seems so many events, parties, gatherings, birthdays and so on all seem to be centered around food or drink. Where I work they always want to have “eat days”. Good news, I stopped participating in those after joining SCS!
