Planning around a family


I’m sure this a common question, but if I do all the cooking for my family, do I plan the same things for my family to eat each day as I do for myself, or do I plan something different? If it is different, does that seem to make it harder to honor your commitment to yourself? Or would that be a good way to work through those emotions? It seems like it is almost choosing to put temptation in the way. But I don’t know if the rest of my family is up for a “no sugar, no flour” diet, and I don’t feel comfortable forcing them to do that. What have others done about this? What do you recommend?
