I understand that planning our food ahead of time is part of the process. I’ve learned about myself when I meal plan (even for the week) I do it by thinking “what sounds good”. So when I go to make my 24 hour plan, I want to choose food that 1st we have available, 2nd what I will eat otherwise I may be setting up to fail.
I enjoy food and cooking so I want to be able to eat it. I also don’t think restricting or choosing special diets is useful because I need to maintain, right? Not white knuckle through.
So maybe changing my thoughts from food = pleasure (suggestions helpful) to food = fuel?
Decide what to eat and when I fail, keep practicing?
