I’m having a difficult time with PMS symptoms and sticking to my planned meals. The urges feel stronger and are harder to just let them be. They are more often and accompanied by other pms symptoms like headaches and super low energy and feelings of sadness that don’t feel brought on by a thought and stick around longer than 90 seconds. Online research is telling me that I need to listen to my body at this time and eat more carbs. However, even if I add more food to my plan, I find myself sneaking sugary foods not on my plan. Any thoughts on how to better handle PMS urges and symptoms during this time would be greatly appreciated. I ‘ve lost 3 pounds and don’t want to gain it all back just because of my hormones.
