Protocol when reached ideal weight

Hello, I am interested to know what Brooke recommends when you reach your target weight? Does she ALWAYS eat as she described; fasting, veg and protein for two meals, no snacks. Or is that only when trying to lose weight? I believe I will be able to stick to June to lose the 3kg I want to lose but then I would like to be able to maintain my weight in a mindful way but which includes a slightly more “interesting” protocol eg breakfast occasionally, a lovely bowl of pasta etc. So my question is; Is the protocol she describes forever or only when trying to lose weight? Is there a different system for maintaining your weight
