When I think about cutting out flour and sugar it brings up some panic for me because I feel like I’m missing out on all the “good” food and it just makes me want to eat it even more. Here’s my model:
C – making a food protocol
T – I don’t get to eat any treats and I’m going to miss out on all the yummy food
F – panic, anxiety and I want to eat sugar
A – Eat lots of sugar now because I’m going to be missing out later OR don’t make a protocol because I don’t want to fail at it
R – I fail in advance, I feel sick from bingeing on sugar, I don’t make a food protocol
Can I please get help with some ladder thoughts and/or cleaning up my model if it needs it. Thanks!
