There I am, in the pantry rummaging through my healthy snack basket. Plan what protocol? I have resistance to even writing a 24 Hour plan. Just thinking about it, my toddler brain starts throwing a fit. I’ve been allowing that conversation to take place (in my brain) with That toddler. I also have noticed some resistance to TDL. Where should I start first?
