I’ve already lost 7 pounds! It’s amazing… the scale had only been going up for basically the past three years.
The number has gone down pretty much every morning I weigh in, sometimes a whole pound, sometimes less. I’m definitely happy when it does happen, but I’m not letting myself get excited before I step on the scale. In fact, I think “it’ll probably be the same” or “it’ll probably be a little more because you ate past full last night” to avoid disappointment. But I’ve been good with my protocol and IF… still I find it hard to believe that the weight loss will continue to be easy and fast.
Thoughts? So far, these thoughts have not stopped me from taking massive action, but could they?
