Sleep disturbances

I’ve been enjoying the program and learning so much about the importance of building confidence through sticking to my plan for the sake of my future self. I’m eating in a 12-6pm window and I’ve eliminated flour and sugar. I feel good during the day and I’ve also lost3 pounds.
However I am finding it very hard to get to sleep. I’m wondering if others using these tools are experiencing this as well, and whether it is something normal and temporary as the body adjusts to these changes?
