Sugar/Flour withdrawal


Hi Brooke !

Yesterday, I had a lot of sugar and flour before the call where you explained it all.
Today, I weighted myself, planned my food for today.
I skipped breakfast and ate rice + veggies + tofu + apple for lunch.
I feel really terrible now physically and emotionally. My brain seems to think that I should eat a cake or anything sweet soon.
I feel panicked and have the impression that I am going to die if I don’t eat something.
Is this an urge ? How technically do you allow an urge ? And how long will it last ?
