I’m so excited for this work this month. I’ve consumed these concepts for a long time. Via SCS and working one on one with both Martha and Katrina. I’ve made a little progress but I still revert to old patterns and don’t stick with taking massive action toward my weight loss goal. I do the urge jar for a little while and then stop. I plan my protocol for a little while and then stop. I lose and gain the same 10 lbs and my goal weight is 6lbs below that lowest weight that I temporarily get to. I haven’t figured out yet what I’m missing in order to permanently implement these changes. And then I feel ashamed and think why can’t I do this after spending so much time and money on this topic?
