Thought Downloads and Monthly cycles


Hi Brooke, your timing couldn’t be more perfect to unleash this for us! I’m thrilled! I joined scholars two months ago and have focused on weight loss. I am down 4 lbs and have moved from eating 5 times a day to now eating no sugar/flour and eating twice a day. I love it (but also have been pretty miserable some of the time)
Can you help please to give some good questions to ask in a thought download while working on weight loss – there’s alot of physical sensations and new feelings coming up for me. I am also nervous for the time before and during my period, as this is when things become different and I would say harder to manage thoughts and feelings – can you please help me prepare for this coming up and how to take care of myself so I can continue to lose weight during these weeks please?
