Weak sensation during first few days


Hi Brooke,
I am a little late to the Lose 8lbs party 😉
I started cutting out sugar and wheat and sticking to protocol 3 days ago . Since then, I am often hungry in between meals which I know is just a sensation and part of working towards fat adaptation–I have been trying to approach this sensation with curiosity. My question is around exercise–I’m usually very active but I feel weaker to do my usual routine which is 5 x week 60-120mins of an intense pilates and dance cardio/running. Is it okay to just stick to walks and short exercises for now while my body adjusts? In your experience, how long does it take before the body adjusts to this new way of living and I have energy to exercise again without thinking it will send me into worse hunger pains.
