I have committed to strength training (my impossible goal for Quarter 2… Thanks to your recent podcast episode), and I am well on my way (8 weeks in) to saying that I did that on June 30.
Nutrition-wise… I have been logging my protein intake alone. My goal is to get 1.6 g protein / kg (body weight), however, it’s a challenge to get enough protein intake to build muscle.
I use protein supplements. However, they have either monkfruit or stevia. Would they be considered Sugar?
