Hi Brooke! I’ve just become a Diamond Scholar and am so grateful for your teaching! Digging into the Lose 8 Pounds work now and I’m wondering if alcohol fits into this protocol. I have a goal to quit drinking and have done 30 -60 days without alcohol before but I know you also recommend to focus on changing ONE thing at a time. So do I eliminate alcohol from my protocol this month and allow allllllll the urges and knock out the weight PLUS the drinking? Or is it better to focus on 8 pounds down this month and then work on overdrinking next month? I also know wine has sugar so I’m thinking maybe you’d recommend dropping it?
