I’m wondering what to do/how to deal with the situation when things go awry in your day and you cannot stick to the protocol you’ve set out for yourself.
For example, today I had put a salad on my protocol from a certain restaurant but that place was closed.
I am trying to prepare ahead and wondering how to think through similar situations: like the meal you prepared gets eaten by a household member or the food in your fridge is not fresh and needs to be discarded, or my example above.
Is there a way to “think” through these situations? Would love to know your recommendations or how you and the deal have deal with these issues
