Why am I so tired

My protocol is
6,10,1 1 coffee with 4 tbsp coconut milk
3 pm 4 Oz lentils or vegan protein, 10 Oz cooked no starchy veg, 1 tbsp fat
730 pm as 3 pm same thing.

I feel myself dragging. All. The time. I have no energy despite the coffee. I feel hungry and irritable. I only want to sleep.

How long does this last? I have work to attend to, and I work with babies. I can’t keep feeling this all the time. I’m wondering if it’s my protocol or just my thoughts about it.
