I wish I was kidding about this. EVERY TIME I sit down to watch one of your videos on how to lose weight or overeating, I want to eat. It doesn’t have to be food that is bad for me. It is just food. I have thought about actually listening on my phone to you while walking or something, but I LIKE YOUR FACE!! SO, can you please help me with some ideas? My urge jar is overflowing. LOL
