Here is what I have decided to stick with for June:
Two meals a day (noon and 6pm), no snacks, no sugar, no wheat flour. (one ice cream cone on Saturday)
I am worried this new way of eating might cause my metabolism to slow down? Or on the contraire does it help restoring a healthy metabolism? And what happens after June? I sure won’t be binging my life away, but I don’t plan on giving up on the sugar and flour and breakfast forever.
