The last “program” I did where I started to notice a difference in how I felt and weight loss they recommended 60 minutes of cardio 7 days/week. It did become stressful trying to make sure to get this much cardio o ever ya, but I want to give this month my all! 😉
Was thinking of attempting to incorporate the same amount of cardio into your program (I have a peleton and would mix with walking). Do you recommend this much cardio while intermittent fasting? Or do you have other workout recommendations for this month?
