I would love some help with my model around things a certain person said to me in a conversation. After a thought download, I discovered I’m the one who takes things personally. That was not the first time that happens. I couldn’t find out why I make it about me. Help me, please!

Unintentional Model
C: Person Said “What is wrong with my age?”
T: Person takes everything personally.
F: Annoyed
A: Bad thoughts about the person.
R: Brain chatting about the situation.

Intentional Model
C: Person takes everything personally.
T: I take everything personally, why?
F: Motivated
A: Work on my own thoughts.
R: Discovered why I take everything personally.
