1 month in – and not loosing weight.

Hi Brooke.

I watched all your overeating videos. Loved them, thank you.

On January 2nd I started my weight loss-feel better journey; No wheat, no sugar, intermitten fasting.
My eating window is 11 am – 7 pm (16/8). I eat 2-3 times pr. day, no snacking. The no snacking is probably the most difficult but I am managing that well.
During the fasting window (7 pm – 11 am) I get hungry usually between 8-9 am but then hunger goes away and not too hungry usually when I have my first meal. My stomach has shrunk, as I eat less than I used too, get full much faster. But still not loosing wheight…

I am 5.7 1/2” (1.73 cm) and 165 pound (75 kg). I want to loose 15.5 pounds (7 kg), preferably by June.

In the first week I lost 5.5 pounds, since then haven´t lost anymore and gained most of it back. But my body feels leaner and my face is not as bloated as it used to be.

I don’t eat meat but my protein is either plant based or seafood.

A typical protocol looks something like this:

6 am: 2 glasses of water (first one with freshly squeezed lemon) and 2 cups of espresso w/ 1/2-1 tsp coconut oil.

11 am: A green smoothie (avocado, spinach, cucumber, grapefruit, lemon juice, ginger, water)
2 boiled eggs.

2-3 pm: A salad w/some protein (sometimes skip it if not hungry) OR a protein smoothie w/banana and blueberries and almond milk.I know that you dont recommend smoothies but I find them to be such a convenient way to eat and get my nutrition.

6-7 pm: Protein, carbs, greens/salad.

I drink water throughout the day. And walk about 8000 steps a day.

What do you suggest I am doing wrong, or why I am not loosing weight?
