I don’t have a problem with over eating or over drinking but I have been playing some of the videos because I know that your information for one problem overlaps and I can always glean insight to my problem from that.
In the over drinking you mentioned that a person would need to get 100 urges under their belt to deal with the problem. So would that be true for all things? For instance, I don’t need to stop an urge like drinking but i need to do something. I need to leave the house without feeling the resistance and triggering anxiety. I want to grab my purse and walk out the door without all of thoughts about my body not feeling well and can i cope with that if it happens out in the world. So is this the same concept as the urge or something different?
