I want to break my sugar addiction, and I remember Brooke saying that the 100 urges sheet works on things other than alcohol. Will it work for cutting out sugary treats? I’ve found the worksheet, but what do I do with it? Am I just recording the day/time I allowed an urge without acting on it? How do I know that I’m allowing vs resisting and does it even matter for purposes of the worksheet? Is there somewhere in the course materials that discusses the worksheet?
