Doing a 12 hour fast is not a problem for me, but getting to 16 hours is different. My stomach growls a lot of that last 4 hours. I have been coaching myself through it for months, but wonder if there is anything other than coffee or tea that I can drink that won’t break my fast. I don’t like either of those. I already drink a lot of water. Also, will Powerade Zero or Five Hour Energy break my fast? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
