Do a monthly coaching package
Watch every SCS training call
Watch Master Class
Do the Master class exercises
Watch Podcast Live
Do the Podcast Live exercises
Self coach every day
No exceptions ever
Plan food every night
Share with others publicly that I don’t eat sugar and flour
Journal every day
Listen to LCS podcast weekly and complete the workbook
Review my notes from the calls and take any actions
Make list of intentional thoughts and review daily
Attend Modelthon in January as a diamond member
Drink 64+ oz of water daily
No snacks ever
Cardio 30 minutes 3 times a week
