2 Homework Questions

My first question is: when I do the daily thought download in the workbook, should it specifically relate to my impossible goal? I’ve got alot of other thoughts coming up that are unrelated.
Second: I need help with my model. I am a new Mary Kay consultant and my impossible goal is to make $10,000 in one month. My model today looks like this:
C: following up with people
T: people will think I’m pushy
F: anxious
For A I want to put “don’t follow up with people” but that doesn’t prove the original thought. How does my breing anxious and afraid of being pushy actually make me come off as pushy, and how can I find a better feeling thought that I actually believe?
