20 oz. of Veggies

Hi Brooke,

So I weighed my veggies today for the first time. Rather than eat 6 oz. for lunch and 14 oz. for dinner like you do, I thought I would divide it evenly.

By the time the scale hit 5 oz. I was in shock of how much I have there. I added more to reach the 10 oz., and when my salad was ready, protein and fat added, I was chewing for half an hour, trying to finish that. It was impossible.

I am wondering where did the 20 oz. of veggies come from? Is it meant to meet daily nutrients required?
