20 pounds

I have about 20 more pounds I want to lose.
I am confident that if I stick to my program, I will lose the weight. (I lost 65 pounds last year; I have 20 more to go.)
I have not been sticking to my program lately so I am not losing weight. (I am not gaining, but I am not losing – snacking too much between meals.)
Should my new thought/belief/sentence be “I am losing weight,” since that is what I want my reality to be over the next couple of months? It is a believable sentence, I know I can do it if I quit snacking.
Or should I say, “I weigh 125 pounds,” which is my goal weight?
Or should I say, “I stick to my plan without snacking….”?

Thanks for your help!
