2019 epic fails

Hi, after a tutoring session, I have decided that improving my relationship with myself will be my goal. The coach I met suggested that having coaching myself everyday for a year will be the proof of achievement. I wonder is that’s right, would something like having no fights with my parents or at work, or with my partner will be better or is to too subjective?
I am late at doing my homework, I have been looking at the 25 epic fails only today and I have found difficult to find them: I thought of doing my coaching daily, meditate daily , fail not to overeat, fail not puting and losing weight, asking to get coached by you, hiring a coach but that’s all I can think of :/
I need Help for ideas, please 🙂
