A lot of things have happened in 2019 that I could put in the circumstance line. I have been doing a lot of buffering and have gained a lot of weight and am feeling ready to unpacking everything and figure out why my buffering is so out of control. I am just not sure where to start. So many of the events feel so big that I am not sure what to tackle first. Do you have a recommendation on how to start?
