24 hour fasting


Hello Brooke! I would like to start doing one-day (24-hour) fasts periodically – ideally once a week. I am totally on board with the concept that fasting helps reset hormones and clear out old cells. Can you tell me what, if anything, you think I could eat or drink during that 24-hour period without decreasing the benefits too much? I am thinking maybe Bulletproof coffee and some bone broth? What about a small slice of cheese?
