24 hour Food Specifics


How specific do we need to be with our food planned 24 hours in advance. I’m fortunate enough that my husband cooks. He follows my protocol, as well. Yes, he’s a keeper. But, my protocol is a protein and vegetable. Is that good enough or do I have to specifically say turkey, or pork. My husband doesn’t usually plan that far in advance, even though he does cook to my protocol. Thanks for the great program!
