25 actions for weight loss goal


My impossible goal is to lose 35 lbs by April 21.

I am writing down my actions but feeling unsure. And i want to get what is intended from th3 assignment.

It seems there is a basic protocol to lose weight that includes allowing feelings over buffering and daily TDLs in addition to food related plan. Beyond that am i suppose to come up with 100 unique ideas to lose weight? It seems like commiting to a few basics.
