25 Epic Fails


If I’m working on losing the last ten pounds for my impossible goal for 2020, what are some suggestions for epic fails without them being fails ahead of time. Not planning what I’m going to eat or not managing an urge or craving and giving in instead of allowing would be fails, but those aren’t fails that will help me get to my goal. I understand the example in the book with the art and putting yourself out there without getting the expected results, but how would this apply to weight loss? And could there really be 100 fails when it comes to weight loss? Thanks!
