25 fails vs. Constraint?


I’ve made my list of 25 fails for Q1 and am struggling to go beyond Q1. Part of it I think is because I’m having trouble reconciling it all with another thing you have taught me that’s been really helpful and that is constraint.

As I look at the 25 list, I feel overwhelmed and as I coach myself through it, I get excited about getting a lot done. Then I worry that I’ll be trying too many things all at once and not get deep enough into any one thing that will really take my business to where I want it to.

So, how do you reconcile the epic fails long lists with the constraint needed to getting things done efficiently? Thanks!
