I have recently committed to not eating when I get home from work after 9pm. Work was busy and I didn’t get to eat my dinner at work so I am now hungry. But I am trying to honour this commitment to myself and start to over come my desires to overeat.
C: Decided not to eat when I get home form work after 8pm
T: This is hard (I can do hard things – this I think was the second thought)
A: Not eat, drink water, journal, do a model, brush teeth, shower and go to bed
R: I can do hard things
I feel like I have another model in here but unsure quite how to get at it.
