25 plans to fail…follow up question


Hi,
I want to follow up on someone else’s question about having an impossible goal to lose weight and what the 25 epic fails per quarter should be. I understood your answer about the specific actions to write (allowing urges, never snacking, staying on protocol, etc.) but I’m wondering… if I fail at one of those things, is that a worthy failure? Isn’t it an escape failure, since anything you do besides stay on protocol and allow urges is buffering in the case of weight loss?

I understand escape failure vs. worthy failure for every other goal I might set for myself, but I don’t understand it here.

What IS a worthy failure in the process of losing weight?

I’m not trying to be nitpicky, I promise, I just want to understand the difference because I want weight loss as my impossible goal. 🙂 Thanks!
