25 plans to fail


Hi, I have set my impossible goal as to lose 31kg (about 68 pounds, scary indeed). I aimed to this this year, too, and lose a bit of weight then put it back on again, so I have a real sense of “I can’t do this”.

My question is about the 25 plan to fails in the first quarter. I get this if I was trying to double my clients, or write a book – I have to go out there and get rejected, or at least risk rejection or failure. But how does this work with a weight loss goal? I’ve started writing things like plan food ahead of time every day, keep a food journal every day, exercise 3 times a week – are these the type of things?

Any advice appreciated.
