30 Day Declutter Program leads to overeating? FRUSTRATED

I’m not sure how I was supposed to work this. I got all excited, heard Brooke LIVE for the first time launching this 30 day declutter, then I was supposed to daily watch videos? I got lost juggling the Monday Hour lessons. This work is taking me a while because I’m looking for deep pattern changes, not a quick fix. I’m ready to slow down, feel and absorb. Then I feel I’m lacking support and accountability- plus if I am the one who created the clutter due to a lack of organizational skills, how am I supposed to know how to organize it all myself?

I started 10 min a day and threw out a lot but felt more messy than on the road to becoming a minimalist. And I agree it is so related to overeating! So do I tackle overeating first?
