I want my 30 day goal to be to stick to my protocol. I’m going on a short 4 day vacation and will be on the boardwalk and beach. All meals out. I’m pretty sure I can make good choices for those meals but I suddenly feel scared and anxious about FOMO – fear of missing out. I’ll want to have the boardwalk eats. My mind is already saying that I haven’t been there before and I want the full experience. Would FOMO be my feeling for my model? I want to drill this in for the next two weeks so I’m stronger. Any scripts?
On page 7 it says – I will know I’m done because I will have lost between 7-10 pounds. I have 60 pounds to lose. Is that goal of weight loss for a month realistic or is that our scary goal?
