31 Day Goal for Self-Love

I am trying to figure out what my measurable result would be if I felt love toward myself for 31 days. Feeling love would go on the feeling line, and I know some of the actions will be not buffering with food, social media, or TV; honoring my commitments and decisions, etc., but I have been struggling identifying the measurable result that would indicate that I did it that isn’t just another feeling (like joy or acceptance of my life). Do I pick a specific area of my life to apply it to, like my business? I’m struggling with the idea that, if I love myself over the next 31 days, I’ll sign 2 new clients, for example. Any insights?
