4.8 lbs in 5 days!!!


This is incredible!!! I know Brooke says we lose weight quickly in self-coaching scholars, but I never expected this!!! I’m focusing on no sugar, no flour, and writing my protocol 24 hours in advance. Integrity with my protocol is challenging, but WOW, the results are worth it. I’m beginning to believe that I will not be overweight for the rest of my life.
