5.5 lbs/week protocol

Hi Brooke.
I’m the client who had previously been on the fake food diet for 4 months. I’ve now been on my SCS protocol for 6 weeks. I am losing about 3lbs/month now. I still have 33lbs to lose to meet my goal weight, which I was really hoping to do by my birthday in March because it would be such a fantastic present! However in order to meet that goal, I will need to lose 5.5lbs/month. I was wondering if that is a reasonable goal and if so, what I need to tweak in order to meet it.
My current protocol is: eating window from 12:00-6:00pm, 18 hour fasting (nothing but black coffee or water), big salad (8-10oz veggies) for lunch with 1 egg, 1/2oz feta cheese, 1 1/2 oz ham, 3 slices of dried tomato (home made from my garden, no sugar added) 3T ranch or blue cheese dressing, 1T sunflower seeds, dinner consists of 4oz protein, approx 6oz veggies roasted in drizzled olive oil and occasionally (maybe once a week but not always) a complex carb like corn or sweet potato. I go to the gym 3x/week, lifting weights but not too strenuous. I don’t do much cardio. I’m not a big fan of the gym.
I know that eating less and less is not the answer. What can I do to bump up the loss?
