5 Models

Last night I drank over plan. I did a thought download today to discover what I was thinking then did models on each of these thoughts with the circumstance in each being drank over plan.

Some thought were true, such as I’m enjoying myself, others were not, such as I’m ahead in my work, and one down right belligerent, “it’s not like sleep well anyway.”

The result in each case was overdrinking.

What do I do with these models now? What is my next step? I feel like I keep writing models, including intentional models and nothing is changing.
